Congratulations to Layla for her Regional Champion Title

Layla Roy finished 1st place in the Thrust Regional Youth Circuit under 12 women's foil with very consistent strong fencing. Layla started the day with 5-1 pool result and number 6 seat. On the direct elimination she won 4 matches to make it to the final (15-6, 11-7, 15-13, 10-9) In the final she won 15-13 in a head to head battle. Rockland Fencers Club coaches are very happy for her success and wish her many more great results!
