Layla Roy collects 3 Top 8 finishes in the recent Regional and Super Youth circuits.

Layla finished 3rd in youth 10 and 7th in Youth 12 women's foil at the Dennis O'Connor Regional Youth Circuit last weekend. A week before she also managed to earn the 7th lace in the Youth 10 Super Youth Circuit (SYC) in Virginia. The SYC fencing circuit is considered a national tournament as the top performers receive national points in the age group they compete in. These national points determine the ranking for the July National Championship. Since Layla has consistently been performing well in the SYC tournament these results will put her in good position to do well at the Summer Nationals.
